The location is fantastic, and I love that they have a Movement Room, which is a lifesaver during the long, cold winter. It allows the kids to run around and burn off energy when they can’t get outside. I also love the STEM classroom; my son always runs in there, eager to play with the enrichment activities. I know that Bright Horizons has had its share of issues, and we are among the families that moved from the Columbus Circle location. However, despite those circumstances, my experience here has been nothing but excellent. Prior to attending 53rd Street, my son attended another Bright Horizons, and I’ve learned that each location has its own vibe. This is by far the best experience we have had, and I highly recommend it!

It is a huge center that is very clean with staff that is caring and passionate about early education and caregiving. The director and assistant director were never too busy to answer any questions and always had smiles on their faces and positive, upbeat attitudes, setting a wonderful example for the staff and parents.
- NHN HJul 25, 20221.0I received 3k slot. The director is very rude , she is condescending and belittling. Appears to have limited understanding of how the program is going to function. In addition appears to be prejudice .Both her and her assistant implied that maybe my child they have never met was not a good fit in their program . Because i asked them about the philosophies on how address 3 year old power struggles. I was completely disappointed in their response and attitude. I would not recommend this program .
