My toddler has been here for two weeks and he absolutely loves it. His teacher is amazing, all the staff is very nice. I love the program and I’m so happy he’s thriving here.

My child has attended this school since the Two's program. Since our time there this specific location has had a high turnover rate. For instance, both the Center Director, Assistant Center Director and various teachers have been terminated or left. The main reason for keeping my child in the school was due to the friendships he has made and he was familiar with the location. I have major complaints with the new Center Director Cassandra she is very condescending and lacks communication skills when addressing parents. I want to say if you have a neurodivergent child please DO NOT send them to this "school". They are not equipped to handle them nor do they put effort in trying to. They also DO NOT follow IEP guidelines nor DOE curriculum. BH overall promotes inclusion and diversity which is furthest from the truth. If your child doesn't fit their typical mold they are ostracized. After switching my child to another DOE Pre-K school where they provide support and are equipped with qualified teachers he is thriving more than he was at Bright Horizons. BH is more of a daycare setting even for the 3K/Pre-K so if you want your child to learn and flourish find another school. I'm very happy with the outcome although what occurred there shouldn't have had to happen, all children despite differences should be treated with dignity and compassion. Enroll there at your own risk!

While this center is all the way on the very end of the west side of midtown, it is phenomenal! It is a huge center that is very clean with staff that is caring and passionate about early education and caregiving. The director and assistant director were never too busy to answer any questions and always had smiles on their faces and positive, upbeat attitudes, setting a wonderful example for the staff and parents.

Originally my review of this place was 5 stars but that was under a different administration under a director named Tiffany. Following her departure the school took a gigantic nosedive as the new director completely ruined our experience. Cassandra was extremely condescending and treated my wife horribly. When my wife complained she would pretend to cower in fear and say wife was threatening her and that she was not safe.
She is also very mean to both other teachers (driving departures of many amazing teachers) and kids. Sad the state of how things have turned from what was once an incredible facility.

I received 3k slot. The director is very rude , she is condescending and belittling. Appears to have limited understanding of how the program is going to function. In addition appears to be prejudice .Both her and her assistant implied that maybe my child they have never met was not a good fit in their program . Because i asked them about the philosophies on how address 3 year old power struggles. I was completely disappointed in their response and attitude. I would not recommend this program .
