- SSSharryMay 28, 20251.0The back up care reservation was booked the night before and the center cancelled it last minute the morning of the reservation. The excuse was that it was booked on a holiday and the staff was not able to update the availability but they open at 8:00am and we did not get the cancellation until 9:10am when we were already on the way! This is terrible and unacceptable! What is the point of offering this service if you can't follow through. Please do not use this center unless you want to scramble last minute for other options.

The kids and parents here are also so friendly and welcoming. I’m grateful to all the teachers, but I especially want to thank Rachel! We’ve been here for almost two months now, and she already knows exactly what my son likes and dislikes when it comes to food. She’s so thoughtful and caring—thank you, Rachel!

I love how open and easy parent communication goes and also how quickly they take action based on feedback. My son absolutely loves it, leaves with a smile on his face always and talks about school so much. The only thing we wish for is outdoor space for playing during recess. They try the best that they can and do so much with daily neighborhood walks for the kids but I hope that a permit or something can come through soon so that the kids get to play outdoors :)
