- DRdaihana RodriguezJan 18, 20245.0I am a parent of twins who have never been exposed to group settings or school at all (thanks to covid) but Bright Horizons on W14th st have really impressed me with their approach. The staff is motivated and dedicated to provide the best care to our children. My kids started 3-k & went from hating school to wanting to be there on the weekends. I recommend this school to anyone in the area. We walk 30 min home just to be a part of this great community. They offer after care and are very involved in day to day activities with the children. I’ve never felt this sense of security and safety for my children. The facility is very easy to communicate with, they understand the needs of every child may be different and are constantly making efforts to adapt with every case presented. I recommend them 10/10! Check them out.

We have been to several different BH locations around this city and this is the best one I’ve seen. the teachers here are exceptionally loving and I really enjoy watching them engage with my children. The classrooms are big and beautiful, and the whole place is really well run. They take the kids out to walk or to the playground every day which I love, not all the city BH centers are able to do that. Special shout out to Miss Rachel and Miss Krystal, my children have been having a great time with them!

My child has a delay when it comes to feeding. The director was condescending, rude, and not helpful. Was not willing to accommodate in order to meet my child’s needs. I had to ask to change the center.
