We loved our experience there and were very hopeful when transferring to the Tribeca location it would be the same. However, it's exceeded all of our expectations and the center staff have become like family. Our daughter joined in the 2s program and is now finishing up pre-K there this June. We enrolled our son in the Toddler's program this past fall and he has absolutely loved it. The Pre-K and Toddler teachers treat my children as their own and I always know they are being so well taken care of. The center director and support staff know us all by name and are very communicative, caring and supportive. As my daughter goes off to Kindergarten in September, I know she has been properly prepared for this big transition and it gives us the confidence to have my son go through the same center and program.

Also, the room had hardly any books or toys to build or play with. He came home looking depressed. We switched to another Bright Horizons the next day, which was fine. All of the people at the TriBeCa location were nice and engaged. My only problem was with my son's specific room.
