  We feel so lucky to have had such an amazing Pre-K teachers at Bright Horizon Ms Chaddean, Ms Reyna. They created a warm, nurturing, and joyful environment where our child felt safe, confident, and excited to learn every day. Their patience, kindness, and creativity made a lasting impact, and we’ve seen so much growth both academically and socially. Thank you for truly caring about our girl and going above and beyond—your work means more than words can express. We’ve had a wonderful experience with the extended hours program at Bright Horizons, thanks to exceptional teachers, specially to Mr John, who truly goes above and beyond. It’s not easy to keep young children engaged and happy at the end of a long day, but he creates a calm, nurturing, and positive environment where the kids feel safe and cared for. Also, we had great experience in 3K. Ms Lisa and Ms Brittany were amazing. They were incredibly patient, attentive, and thoughtful with each child. I especially appreciate how they balances structured activities with free play, making the time both fun and enriching. My child often came home relaxed and happy, which says everything about the atmosphere. Thank you to Bright Horizon!

  The staff is very friendly, warm, and responsive. The location is fantastic, and I love that they have a Movement Room, which is a lifesaver during the long, cold winter. It allows the kids to run around and burn off energy when they can’t get outside. I also love the STEM classroom; my son always runs in there, eager to play with the enrichment activities. I know that Bright Horizons has had its share of issues, and we are among the families that moved from the Columbus Circle location. However, despite those circumstances, my experience here has been nothing but excellent. Prior to attending 53rd Street, my son attended another Bright Horizons, and I’ve learned that each location has its own vibe. This is by far the best experience we have had, and I highly recommend it!

  I love this location. The people that work here are absolutely wonderful. They took care of my daughter as if she was their own. The teachers in the infant group are amazing and I felt happy bringing my daughter in and knowing she was being well taken care. The progress my daughter made was undeniable. I can’t even express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ms. Tályse was my daughters favorite and she is just wonderful. The new teacher Ms. Yubilet is amazing with children and the director Ms, Tiffany is a baby whisperer! I was sad leaving my baby at first but they calmed my fears and made me feel safe. I am forever grateful to this location!

  We have had our child for over 7 months in this daycare and he has been to 2 classes (toddler and now 2s) and we are extremely satisfied with the level of service we received for all kind of matters. They love our family and we love them! Note this review applies to when the center was run by Tiffany.
