The experience I had working with the staff at the Dalton Funeral Home in Hicksville was incredible. Our family experienced the sudden, unexpected loss of my brother. It was devastating. The Funeral Director, Jessica Pascucci, went above and beyond to ensure my family's wishes were honored, he received an absolutely beautiful military Honor Guard service and we were comforted and supported during this very painful, difficult time. Within just a few days of knowing her, I felt like she was a trusted family member. That is a rare relationship cultivate is such a brief period of time. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to others and will do so with my family and friends in the future.

Though a loved one passing is never positive, the staff here is exceptional. From the initial planning to the days of my brother's service, the communication, respect, and attention to detail paid by the staff was amazing. I felt that Michelle and Kelly were as invested in honoring him as we were, and they did a great job. Thank you both and extend our gratitude to everyone whose names I don't know but whose presence was welcome and helpful too. Efficient, caring, and attentive!
