  My family and I are so appreciative to Michael Grant and John Ferrante for the kindness exhibited to us when our beloved Mom passed away a few months ago. From the very beginning of this difficult time, Mike showed us such professionalism combined with sympathy and understanding that guided us through each step of this process. Nothing was done that was not to the highest standards. Every detail was completed thoroughly and with our satisfaction in mind. Mike kept in constant touch with us and was available whenever needed. The logistics of planning a large wake and funeral require people like Mike and John to ensure everything is done respectfully and beautifully. It’s the little things that contribute to this that might never enter your mind when you are grieving such as making sure the flowers are well placed, the restrooms are immaculate, the prayer cards are printed , the video is perfect, water is available, transportation with lovely drivers, contact with the cemetery and church and so on. And above all our Mom looked simply beautiful. We are incredibly grateful to them for making Mom’s send-off such a fitting tribute to a wonderful person. I highly recommend Flinch and Bruns and thank you again for all you did for the Korth family. We won’t forget it.

  John, Michael and their team provide the most personal, thoughtful and caring services. From start to finish, it is impressive how much their family become part of their patron’s families. The amount of honor and respect they provide to each individual is remarkable, especially during a time of grief. There is no question or request, too big or too small. Outstanding!

  We recently entrusted Flynch and Bruns in Lynbrook with our mother’s wake and funeral, and we cannot thank them enough for the care and compassion they showed our family during such a difficult time. Every detail was handled with professionalism, sensitivity, and respect. John and Michael (the owners) were kind, patient, and supportive, guiding us gently through every step of the process. The service was beautiful and dignified. The personalized photo video of mom's life that they put together was amazing! It gave our family great comfort to know our mom was in such good hands. I am deeply grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
