After leaving the city, I'd personally gone in to make sure my membership was cancelled. Low & behold, they still kept charging my account. I was told by front desk to reach out to Joyce Fentang who apparently is the membership director and the person to resolve...nothing. despite following ups, I got no response. Raising this higher, it took Sabrina Snyder to acknowledge, respond and swiftly resolve my refunds. Full credit to her and how a job should be done. Disappointed with their frint staff and membership cancellation process.

recently joined this YMCA and was disappointed by the unprofessional atmosphere when I arrived this morning. I greeted two staff members, but they didn't even acknowledge me, which I found quite rude. I had to request a tour, which they seemed to delay, so I took the initiative to explore the upstairs area myself.

The showers in the female locker room continue to have a problem. Last week I burned myself in one of tye showers made a report about the malfuntioning showers and today the issue continues. Very dissapointing. Im aware of the issue but be careful with your kids in thisnplace. Ill be looking for better options around. If you know a good all season pool eith adult lessons. Please let me know. Thanks

I had a free trial pass to this YMCA, and thank God that was the only time I ever spent there. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off. What should be a welcoming, community-focused space instead felt tense and chaotic. At one point, I witnessed people arguing over equipment, which quickly escalated into what looked like the beginning of a physical altercation—right in front of everyone. That alone was enough to raise serious concerns about how this facility is managed. The cleanliness was another major issue. The locker rooms and showers were in unacceptable condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and far from what anyone should expect from a gym that promotes health and wellness. It didn’t feel safe or sanitary. What made it even more disappointing was the attitude of the staff. The front desk and employees seemed disengaged and unbothered by what was happening around them. There was no sense of professionalism or effort to maintain a positive environment. Overall, this experience was alarming. A place that should prioritize well-being, safety, and community instead delivered the exact opposite. I would strongly caution anyone considering joining to think twice.

If you want a safe, respectful place to train, this is not it. Avoid this gym. I’ve been a member for over a year, but I’m canceling my membership because this gym is just not safe. People are constantly arguing, causing drama, and completely ruining the environment. A gym should be a place to work out and relieve stress, not deal with chaos. Even worse, some members are taking photos and videos of others without permission, invading their privacy, and even harassing them — and management does absolutely nothing. It’s shocking that the rules aren’t enforced at all.
