This gym Used to be organize now weights are all over people dont re rack the weights and they dont put the weight back and their employees dont even say anything even they saw it already. Manager should do something about this

Came in to pause my membership on Sunday 11/30 around 12:30 pm. There was only one gentleman in the front desk, and he clearly seemed annoyed. I tried to be very nice asking him how he was and his attitude was very like “just get to the point”, which can make any person uncomfortable or thrown off. Usually when there’s a bad interaction between a staff member and a customer, there’s more to the backstory and more likely both parties are at fault, but this guy just seemed annoyed at everyone and everything. His attitude was not only towards me, but everyone coming in the front desk. There were two other persons, young adults, that walked in around that same time frame 12:30-12:50 that seemed like it was their first time coming in so they didn’t really know where to scan or what to do in order to access the facility. He was like “just scan” and didn’t even bother to show them where to scan nor to help one of them out, which was clearly having trouble scanning the barcode.
It’s one thing to have that attitude that usually younger adults working there have, than the “you are annoying me” attitude towards customers.
Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name.
YMCA is a really good place, especially LIC branch, and all of their staff is very helpful and nice. But interactions like this can really make a negative impact on existing members and future/new ones.

There is a man in the locker room. All he does is go back and forth between the sauna and shower. He puts water in the bag and washes the place where he will sit and wets everything. In the sauna, he applies lemon on his body and especially on his feet for a long time and it is very uncomfortable and he stretches his feet towards me and constantly watches people in the locker room. Please warn me or I will cancel my membership. The person I am talking about is 35-40 years old, I think he may be an Indian.
