  If you are planning on working with this place in any form, client or employee, I would CAREFULLY consider the option of finding another location. The corporate culture will neglect your child and/or fully expend your health and well-being for the sake of profit. It is very clear that floor staff have a clear disconnect with the administration; many of them often appeared to be clearly stressed and overwhelmed. My little one deserves more than processed carbs and overstretched classroom care staff. They’ve come home crying multiple times. I’m considering pulling my business.

  Terrible place to work and I wouldn’t recommend taking your kids there. I worked for imagination station before it became brightpath, when brightpath took over everything went downhill. The way staff is treated is heinous. You are no longer treated like a human being if you’re not at the beck and call of brightpath every second of your life you are punished. I can tell you from personal experience that even when somebody passes away they are not sympathetic whatsoever. The kids are looked at as money bags. They are actually spoken about as profit only… there was a room where every single student had hand foot and mouth yet no kids got sent home because they didn’t want to lose the money. Directors and higher ups have not a care in the world to connect with the children or their staff they simply look at the figures. Directors are also known to write people up simply because they don’t like people that day. If you go to HR about any issues the directors will retaliate. Again imagination station was a lovely place to work. Brightpath is hell.

  I have two children in daycare at Imagination Station and we are very impressed and satisfied with the care they receive. They have an engaging and full curriculum for each classroom and my children enjoy each day with their friends and teachers. Imagination Station is an extended family to us.
