- SBSHIRLEY BICKHAMNov 14, 20251.0You guys want your children to come to this place?. I dont think so. I have worked here for a whole year and it is absolutely disgusting if you ask me . They don't give your child water they have it from the sink . She food is litterallt outdated all the cracker and fig bars are 2 years old . The teachers there move kids to different classrooms even when they dont feel comfortable. A toddler teacher that had red hair hits kids and she is still enrolled in bright horizons as a head teacher. The management is terrible . They move baby's up way too early without parents knowing sometimes to get a better ratio and not tell the parents that they don't have enough teachers day for day . Some teachers play the tablet for your kids all day and they learn nothing. They go to the same playground all day everyday ,or the sports court . Usually this daycare doesnt except people that are government funded to help with they're childcare . They discriminated call kids slow and laugh at them . They know whj a kid needs extra help they lie to the parents and just nit say anything about it.this place either laughs at your kid or overall judges your kid . It's just a waste if money bring your kids somewhere els because they are nit even being watched yes they have insolent reports but some of the teachers dont even look at your child and the FAKE TEACHING HAS TO STOP. THIS ISNT A PLACE FOR TOU I PROMISE

The teachers and staff are attentive and accommodate the unique needs of each child and family. Our son joined at 6 months, so we also highly recommend the infant program! We are so thankful to everyone at Bright Horizons who cared for our son over the years.

- SWSarah WolffAug 30, 20225.0After 5 years at Bright Horizons, we’re so glad we found them. Our son literally runs inside everyday, excited to say good morning to the teachers and his friends. They are reliable, communicative, and responsive, always taking our questions or concerns seriously, and working hard to accommodate our needs. Throughout the pandemic they made the best of an impossible situation, and kept our child safe. They understand what working parents need—they are reliably open (only closed for a few holidays a year), staffed, flexible (midday doctor appointment? No problem!), and transparent about any concerns that come up. Finally, they understand kids—the curriculum and activities are varied and engaging, and they take normal behavior in stride, helping children develop the emotional and social skills they need. Highly recommend!

The compassion, care and support for our son feels more like an extended family - not just an institution with employees. Not to mention the STEM projects and engagement with the kids! I've never known so much about Neptune! This team is truly a blessing. After a 6 month sabbatical, we chose to return to the Hudson Valley, in large part knowing our son would be cared for by this team. 🙏
