The Center Director, the Health and Safety Director and every staff person are polite, professional and friendly. The building is very clean and secure, and knowing my child is safe was one of my main concerns. Every day the children are learning new skills and every parent gets an update on what they learned throughout the day plus many pictures as well. I couldn’t be happier with the childcare my daughter has received there. I truly love and will miss the great staff at Bright Horizons in Fishkill.

The compassion, care and support for our son feels more like an extended family - not just an institution with employees. Not to mention the STEM projects and engagement with the kids! I've never known so much about Neptune! This team is truly a blessing. After a 6 month sabbatical, we chose to return to the Hudson Valley, in large part knowing our son would be cared for by this team. 🙏

The infant teachers are so warm and loving. My son is so happy to come to school everyday, yelling and smiling upon arrival. The staff and admin at this center are amazing. Even though I am not able to come into the building, I feel connected with my son's teachers by using MyBright Day app. I am sent pictures throughout the day and receive all updates daily. Another way I was able to connect with my son's teachers were through zoom calls.
