  I could not say enough great things about our experience with the Brentland Woods Community. We found ourselves suddenly & urgently needing to find assisted living for our Dad, but also wanted a warm, caring community where he would thrive. From the moment I walked into BW & saw genuine, engaging family interactions between staff & residents I knew we found his home. Their expertise, helpful & unhurried qualities lent a sense of calm & belonging to our Dad. Their communication with our family was outstanding. Brentland Woods became a reset for Dad, from sedentary decline to mobility & engagement. It became the place he called “ home “. With gratitude, Julie Elliott.

  There is an outwardly aggressive Pit Bull Mastiff mix that threatens other dogs masquerading as a fake service dog living at this facility. This dangerous animal is a liability to the residents as well as the owners.

  Great environment. I feel content knowing mom is well cared for and staff truly care about her. Appreciate the attentiveness, support and consistent staff.

  This facility is all about Corporate Greed! They make promises they can’t keep! The new management there made my mother’s experience before she past as difficult as possible. Don’t trust what they say ! As it’s all about taking monies from the elderly and not giving them the dignity. There lease and contract agreements are not true. She signed a lease to which her lease would not increase for a year . Not true ! They upped the rent after 3 months . They make claims take your deposit. They have also lost some amazing people that were there they took the time to get to know the residents that’s not the case now. Customer service is awful / the lack of communication is not only unprofessional, but appalling at best. Please think twice when looking into this place. Looks great , talks the talk to take your monies.
