- SJShawna Ross Jessup5 days ago1.0Absolutely loved this place when I had my first child 7 years ago, but recently with my second they were absolutely horrendous. Half the staff is RUDE and the other half struggles terribly for lack of proper help? I’m not sure. They do not answer phones or call back. When I went to my six week check up I was told to come back when I had a babysitter bc my infant was asleep in his car seat. I was confident this was birth and BEYOND this is the beyond part. I rescheduled and when I came back all doors were locked and no one answered the phone. They never contacted me again for my check up.

I am adding to my review based on my most recent experience. Being told I can be seen, "as long as I don't have a lot of issues", and when opening up to the NP about struggles, I get the response "that's life". The NP also told me "ideally" I should find a new doctor. All after confronting me about a Google review, because of pervious issues of not responding to emails, and leaving the office phone on forward, after the breast and vaginal exam, and I am still wearing paper on the table.

Honestly best decision in my life. If I EVER have another baby I’m definitely going through them again!😌 I love them so much ❣️
- JFjolene fioriApr 9, 20191.0I had a traumatic experience. It was my first pregnancy. I had seven positive pregnancy tests over a weeks span. When I went to my first visit the test was negative. I showed the midwife the picture of my tests and she kept telling me to go home and wait until I bleed. She kept telling me that I was going to lose my baby. I went home upset and decided to take a test, it was positive. I called and she was very annoyed that I went against what She said. She kept insisting that I was going to miscarry but finally agreed to do blood work. After my blood work was in she didn’t call. So I had to call and she told me that I was “barely pregnant” and that it was too early and that I would lose the pregnancy. I got blood work done two days later and I was 5weeks. My husband and I were ecstatic then she told me “don’t get too excited, you still have 8more months to go.” Needless to say I definitely went somewhere else! she Made what should have been such an exciting week, the scariest most stressful one. I was afraid I would wake up in the middle of the night miscarrying. I have no respect.
