Juniper Glen saved my physical health and sanity last year on February 28 when I brought my dad to them for assisted living care. He suffers from severe dementia and lived with me for 81 days after my brother with whom he had been living died. The staff is incredible-really able to proficiently handle really difficult behaviors that either stem from or are exacerbated by severe dementia. Honorable mentions belong to Judy the concierge specialist, Wendy the administrator, and Winnie, Chavonne, and Medrea, all nurses. Warm, family environment. They loved my father.

The facility is beautiful, the staff is caring and competent, and they've worked hard through COVID, staffing shortages, blizzards, ice storms, and more. A lot of really dedicated people working here. Love to see it. My family member has been there since they first opened, and is thriving.

Juniper Glen has been exactly what my Mom has needed. The people have been compassionate, caring, kind and informative. They try very hard to make this facility a Home and in many ways I believe they have succeeded. This journey called life is sometimes not easy and we all need some help. I am very thankful that Juniper Glen has been here to help. Thank you to all the wonderful people who work there.

This facility is horrible. Most every manager quit all on the same day. There was lack of communication between staff and family, residents were laying or crawling on the floor when I visited, personal items were missing, and even discrepancies regarding the meds that her doctor said she ordered and what the facility said they were told to give. I tried to reach the owners, who live lot of town, no direct number to them and I left messages on machines. No return calls. The man who said he represents the owners and flew into town to try and hire new people is very unprofessional , threatened to evict all the residents, shut it down and then open it back up. The state has been at the facility investigating for many days. I have moved my sister out of there within one week of finding out management quit. Be very very careful placing your loved ones in this facility. I definitely am sorry I did. Run the other way!
