- HPHeather ProulxAug 6, 20225.0my mothers passing was unexpected and very sudden...i showed up at Traubs unannounced they were closed but i called the number on the door and Marcy answered my call...when i say she answered my call I dont just mean she answered the phone I mean she litterally answered my call...she met us at the funeral home and litterally handled everything from helping us pick out an affordable beutiful casket she even made the call to our pastor and made arrangements with him for our services.....she was beyond professional and even offered hugs and comfort in a very trying time for my family and I it actually seemed as though we had been lifetime friends ..I am so grateful for her and cant recomend her enough after all was said and done my father made comment that he was glad we chose traubs as well our family will surely be using Traubs for all of our funeral services 💙
