Opened in 2003 and located in the heart of the thriving Hertel/Colvin renaissance neighborhood, this exceptionally designed and fully equipped facility is the only NAEYC Accredited child care center in North Buffalo. Our BrightPath Hertel child care center, previously EduKids Hertel, was immediately welcomed with open arms by the tight-knit community upon its opening and has since given back by providing quality Early Childhood Education and enrichment. This prestigious center was the first childcare facility in the area to receive the highly coveted NAEYC Accreditation. We are a member of the Hertel Business Association and proud location of the Buffalo UPK program.

- ESERIKA SABBDec 16, 20255.0I was so worried about having to switch daycares, but that all went away after meeting the staff at the Hertel location. My little guy gets so excited when we walk through the doors. He just loves all the attention he gets as we make our way to his classroom. Special shoutout to Miss Emma and Miss Falon who are amazing caregivers!! My little guy just adores them.

Can't say enough about the staff, they are amazing. You can tell they all really love the kids and always have cool activities going on. It has a real family feel, the staff seems to support each other well, and they are very patient with the kids. Even Cassie the director is regularly in and out of the rooms reading, playing and helping out. They also have a big outdoor playground out back so the kids get to go outside all the time when its nice and they are always sending pics and updates through the app so you can see what your kiddo is doing. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a top-notch daycare.
