  I can’t say enough good things about Ivy Cremation Services in Brooklyn. During an incredibly difficult time, their team , Mr.Sept and Mrs.Samantha was compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring from start to finish. They explained every step clearly, never rushed us, and handled everything with dignity and grace. What stood out most was how human the experience felt—they truly treated our family and our loved one with respect, not like a transaction. Thanks to Ivy, a stressful and emotional process felt manageable and even comforting.   Honestly, I had such a great experience with Sept and his team at Ivy Cremation & memorial services of NY. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and right from the start, you just feel like he’s someone you can really trust with such a delicate process. His whole team was so reliable and kept us in the loop from beginning to end. Even though it was a really emotional time for us, the entire journey—from that first phone call to finally picking up my mother’s ashes—was handled with so much care. Their pricing is very reasonable, and we felt supported the entire way through. I will say, you might have to check in once or twice because they stay so busy helping other families, but they never forget about you. I truly appreciated the compassion they showed us. Thank you deeply .
