  Thank you to all staff at Netherbay -- from the administration to the aides, nurses, maintenance and food service and anyone we may have missed. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful since we moved our sister here when you opened your doors. It is nice that the families are included in so many of the things you do. We have seen a vast improvement in our sister. She's walking more, smiling more, seems more alert and is making more sounds then she was. Keep up the good work. We are willing to help when we can. Thank you for all you are doing.

  I couldn't be happier with the care and compassion shown by the Team at Netherbay. My mother transitioned from another senior living facility and the difference between the 2 settings is like night and day. The building and rooms are colorful and beautifully decorated. The staff is kind and attentive to the needs of those living with memory issues. I couldn't recommend Netherbay highly enough.

  Netherbay at bay shore is a beautiful community that has many wonderful associates that provide amazing care and enjoyable living for your loved one. The building is so comfortable and close to the marina and restaurants. The team is kind and compassionate and the chef is amazing.
