  I hate to make this post, because up until last month we loved the Champions program here. The care providers do a good job providing quality care for my son. However, all of KinderCare/Champions across the US changed their billing system last month and it has been an absolute nightmare. Nothing in the new app works, and the system requires you to keep a card on file with required auto pay (there is no way to remove your card and no way to turn off auto pay). The system double charged me for multiple weeks, I escalated to management who escalated to their corporate billing support department. But we are now over a month after the first incorrect charge, and I have been overcharged every single week since, including today which was my last straw. I have been waiting on a REFUND of $300+ of unauthorized charges for WEEKS now. And no one can seem to solve this problem. If I try to call the parent support line, there is a wait time of over an hour with 75-100 people ahead of me in queue (and no option to request a call back - and I’ve tried to call 5 different days/time of day, all with that many people ahead of me). If I could do it over again, I would have NEVER put my card information into the app and I would have refused to do auto pay (although since it’s required, I’m not sure if they would have discharged my child from care at that point). Their new billing system is a nightmare!! I now have to file a fraudulent charge case with my bank and see if I can get the money back that way. In the meantime, my card is still locked in the system and I have no control over the amount they are taking out every week. I would not recommend at all!

  All the officers staff and even our daughter teacher is amazing everyone very respectful and the things they learn in class my child always excited to tell me and always so happy coming to school thank you!♡

  DO NOT USE this program if you don't have to. Worst billing dept ever. Especially if you're a single parent using subsidy. They expect you to pay full tuition (which is far from doable for one income) and then they will "reimburse you," after they've been paid from children's cabinet. But good luck being reimbursed I am still waiting on reimbursement from OCT of 2022. Also make sure you're on top of it and make sure staff is turning in your time sheets for children's cabinet. For whatever reason they just stopped turning in my time sheets. Stay away if you can. I'm so beyond frustrated with this program.
