The Club House amenities are filthy. The pool has mold in the sides as well as the nasty hot tub. The gym equipment is not kept clean and the carpet is filthy. The Manager, Phil, simply laughed in my face regarding these concerns. The pools deck areas are blackened as the white textured deck has never been sand blasted or cleaned as the embedded filth remains. The service across the board leaves a lot to be desired; but, go ahead and buy a home and see for yourself

We are extremely pleased with our new home. Not only is it beautiful, but the quality and craftsmanship is top notch. Zac Spilker, the sales rep, is amazing, he took very good care of us from day 1. Our building supervisor, Brogan Felshaw, has been outstanding as well. He has always been there to assist us with any needs or questions we have had. Sun City is a beaufuful community, we are excited to be part if it.

We recently purchased our retirement home at Sun City Mesquite 55+ Community and could not be happier with the experience. The entire home-buying process was incredibly smooth and easy from start to finish.
A special thank you to Jose Orozco, Sales Consultant at Del Webb, Kristine Ruddell at PGP Title for handling escrow so efficiently, and Blue Lee, Builder Manager at Pulte Group. Each of them was professional, supportive, and truly cared about making the process stress-free for us.
Since moving in, we have absolutely loved the community. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the entire team that supports the community does a wonderful job caring for the neighborhood.
We feel very fortunate to call Sun City Mesquite home and are grateful to everyone who helped make this such a positive experience.
