Quiet, peaceful, friendly (for the most part) resort-like living for independent adults ages 55+. I said friendly “for the most part” because there is no place on planet Earth devoid of unfriendly people, but YOU and I don’t have to be one of them 🥰♥️🦋. My home purchase experience was smooth and drama free 😍 🏡 now I call Sun City Mesquite home sweet home!

Every time we visit Mesquite, we look at this community. It's got gorgeous model homes. They recently refreshed them and we loved how their designer modernized them. If you're 55+ and enjoy Mesquite, then this community is perfect for you. They have nice staff ( Randy is great ) and the list of activities for the residents is just wonderful. The club house & the pool area are terrific too.

We built in Sun City Mesquite last year. Our new home turned out great! We had one or two very minor issues crop up since we moved in and they were handled immediately, professionally and of the highest quality! Couldn't be happier!!

I agree with all the nice reviews here and want to add two more items.
1. Sun City is dead quiet at night. I have a cabin in the woods and Sun City is just as quiet day and night (unless they are building near your house)
2. The street lights do not shine 360 degrees. We didn't realize this at first when shopping Sun City. The lights shine down in a smaller circle. In our case, we don't see the lights from the streets below us. This makes the evenings on the patio much more enjoyable.
