If you're 55+ and enjoy Mesquite, then this community is perfect for you. They have nice staff ( Randy is great ) and the list of activities for the residents is just wonderful. The club house & the pool area are terrific too.

I have a cabin in the woods and Sun City is just as quiet day and night (unless they are building near your house) 2. The street lights do not shine 360 degrees. We didn't realize this at first when shopping Sun City. The lights shine down in a smaller circle. In our case, we don't see the lights from the streets below us. This makes the evenings on the patio much more enjoyable.
