  Extremely disappointed in the planning process and photography service. They did not take a single good photo of our first kiss or aisle kiss. Their photography service is "included" but they charge $1200+ to purchase just a download of the digital files. The only gave us 75 photos of the entire ceremony and many of them were crooked, out of focus, people not looking the same direction or making an awkward face. I found the planning process to be disorganized and extremely inefficient. There were errors on every single invoice or contract they sent. Additionally, the form they ask you to fill out with all your wedding details is a PDF with no set text boxes that requires a PDF editor or you must print and fill the form out by hand. I do want to note that the venue is beautiful and the event itself went smoothly. In my opinion, that is not worth it for the difficult planning process and terrible photos.
