The service was flawless, the director Dana was amazing from start to finish, having to plan from a distance she made it seamless and easy and reassured me everything would turn out beautiful and it did. Her team Roland, Armani, and Keyon’s and Maria were all amazing they showed empathy, sympathy, and welcomed us all in gracefully. They all did amazing and we are forever thankful to have found them. Highly recommend this place if you’re wanting to give your beloved the farewell they deserve. From every question to every detail they were able to bring it to life even the last min request without hesitation or complaint they didn’t make us feel like a burden. Thank you Serenity Funeral Home and Dana for everything. The price was decent and Dana was willing to work with your budget and offer different things or ways to help meet that. Well worth every penny spent. I didn’t want to wait til everyone sent photos but we don’t need to post many photos for you to see how beautiful it was

In March, I helped plan my childhood friend’s service, and I can’t say enough about how caring and attentive Mr. Bailey and his team were throughout the entire process. From the start, Mr. Bailey was professional, patient, and never pushy. He wasn’t trying to be your average sales guy like some of the other funeral homes we had spoken with — instead, he genuinely listened to us. We told him our budget, and he helped us choose the package that worked best for us without trying to talk us into anything we didn’t need. That meant a lot. My friend’s family is Catholic, so they hired a Spanish speaking priest to have a Mass service. The priest spoke with the family and we chose what we wanted. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my friend’s farewell. During the viewing, I noticed that a few photos were missing from the slideshow. I mentioned it to Mr. Bailey, and he immediately took action — he actually redid the entire slideshow to include the missing pictures. That level of dedication really stood out to me. When we first met with the office staff to plan the service, I handed them the hard copy photos and explained that we also had some digital pictures to email later. They assured me those would be added, and Mr. Bailey made sure they were. Throughout the planning and service, Mr. Bailey was genuine and kind. He checked in with us often, always making sure we had what we needed. My friend’s mom especially felt very comfortable with him — she even gave him a hug, which says so much about how supported she felt especially after loosing her son. Losing someone is never easy, but Mr. Bailey and his team truly helped make this difficult time a little more bearable. Everything went smoothly, and I’ll always be grateful for the care, honesty, and compassion they showed our family and friends.

I can't thank Mr. Bailey and the rest of his staff with Serenity Mortuary enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed our family after our brother Dave Scott's passing. From the very beginning, the staff treated us with genuine kindness and respect. They guided us through every step of the process with patience and understanding, making an incredibly difficult time a little easier to bear. Serenity Mortuary not only prepared my brother beautifully, but they also handled all the arrangements to have him transported home to California, where he was from. This allowed our extended family and friends the chance to say their goodbyes and celebrate his life together something that meant the world to all of us. This loss was especially hard for Mr. Bailey as well, because Dave Scott was not only in his care but he was also his brother. Even through his own grief, Mr. Bailey showed such strength, compassion, and professionalism. It was clear that every detail was handled with love, dignity, and deep respect. Serenity Funeral Home went above and beyond to honor our brother's memory, and our family will always be deeply grateful for the compassion and support we received. Thank you, Mr. Bailey, and everyone else with Serenity for helping us through this with grace and heartfelt care.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation for Andre Bailey at Serenity Funeral Home. During an incredibly difficult time following the passing of my best friend’s father, Andre showed a level of compassion, professionalism, and care that truly made a difference for our family. From the moment he met with us, it was clear that he understood the importance of handling every detail with respect and dignity. We had previously met with another arranger who, unfortunately, did not present themselves in a professional manner, which left us feeling uneasy. In contrast, Andre’s appearance, demeanor, and gentle approach immediately brought us comfort and confidence that our loved one was in good hands. He listened with patience, guided us thoughtfully through each step, and ensured that every decision was made with care. Andre’s kindness and professionalism will never be forgotten. We are sincerely grateful for the compassion he showed during such a painful time, and we highly commend him and Serenity Funeral Home for their exceptional service.
