It feels like our second little family over there and the staff truly care for my son, from the kitchen staff to the front desk to the ones who care for my son! Everyone knows him by name! It is kept very clean and the kids have a great selection of meals and snacks that’s the chefs make for the kids everyday! I also love the early hours they open, which makes it perfect for my work schedule! My son is 3 and they have him in the preschool class, he knows his numbers and ABCs. They do some type of craft every day. I truly love it here and will be sad when he will be old enough to go to school ! lol

My husband and I have always paid at drop-off without issue, so this change feels unfair to families who have consistently followed your policies. On top of that, I was required to read off my full card details over the phone. That does not feel secure, and I was only willing to do it because we’ve already paid the annual registration fee at your center. This really rubbed me the wrong way and added to my concerns about the new process. I completely understand the need to address situations where families reserve care but don’t pay. However, requiring every family to pay in advance penalizes those of us who have always complied. A deposit system, or simply enforcing payment at drop-off by denying service if unpaid, would be a more reasonable and secure approach. I value the care your center provides, but I hope you’ll reconsider this policy for the sake of both fairness and customer trust.
