They charge me for a week that my child did not attend and when you call to ask for assistance since the website doesn’t allow you to de-enroll they tell you to talk to the office directly you tell them at the office and apparently they take care of it. Months after I get a bill for $80 of a week that my child did not attend and I called the 800 and same thing call the office I contact the office and no I have to email. I find this ridiculous that I am getting charged for a service that I did not use especially after communicating that we will only use it for a month. They need to be honest and I will never use this again and I will let all my child classmates know about this issue so they don’t get tricked like I did.
