  I would like to formally express concerns regarding my experience at TrueWood Memory Care. While the caregivers were welcoming and kind, I observed behavior from Med Techs Sonia and Rosetta that I found concerning. They frequently spoke to staff, particularly Natalie, in a demanding and disrespectful tone. This behavior often occurred in front of residents, which I believe is inappropriate in a setting that is the residents’ home. Staff should be treated with professionalism and respect at all times to maintain a positive and dignified environment for both employees and residents.

  We adore Merrill Gardens at Siena Hills. We met the chef and told him how wonderful the food is. We had trout and duck and steak. At an assisted living!!! Lanie is the world's best person and director. My mother is as happy as she can be. This is only 2 miles from where we live so it is most convenient. Everyone is as pleasant as they can be. We are more than satisfied. Thank you Merrill Gardens.

  I'm a guest of a resident at Merrill Gardens. Food is great here. Service from waitress and waiters are poor. One in particular is a woman with reddish brown hair and stands at 5'10, my relative and I sat at dinner table and only one menu was brought out, then food becomes available and only my relatives arrived, 5 minutes later our salads arrived and shortly after that my meal arrived. Unprofessional by any standards. I brought my complaint to the desk receptionist and the matter will be attended to.

  Visited this placed, very higher end community, but did not have "home" feeling.

  My parents moved into Siena Hills January of 2008. My mother is blind so my dad was her eyes. We lost my dad in September of 2011 and was not sure how mom would get along. I have to say that every employee has been absolutely wonderful to her and to me. There are so many activities to choose from on a daily basis and she participates in almost all of them. She is never made to feel unwelcome due to her vision. I am there so often that I feel like one of the residents and am always treated warmly. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that wants to know that their parent(s) are in a safe enjoyable environment.
