I felt very confident in the quality of the home I bought and all the support and help I received from Pulte and Del Webb. I'm going to be happy here, starting a new life after retirement in San Jose. Living here is like living in a resort. Beautiful surroundings and nice amenities makes this home purchase an ideal situation for me. My mortgage payment would be comparable to renting an old dump in San Jose.
