I purchased in this community after touring most of the new builds in the immediate area of the lake. This one was the most impressive for the lay out of the residential streets, the gated community and the club house. Everything was beautiful and well maintained. This area is extremely quite at all times. The 55 and over community is a bonus because you're surrounded by mature people who clearly worked hard for their retirement and now want to live in an upscale exclusive area. I love owning a home 20 minutes from Las Vegas City that it is 100% safe from all the drama, crime, graffiti, and troubles that city brings to most neighborhoods. Everyone I've meet in Del Webb is friendly and willing to help you get settled in to the neighborhood. I love that every part of Lake Las Vegas is golf cart friendly and easily accessible. The views around this community are absolutely stunning and one of the main reasons why I purchased here. Big shout out to Sean McAlister one of the Del Webb Sales associates, he was absolutely top notch throughout our entire home purchase, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. Superintendent Greg was great to work with as well.
