- CHCandice HughesOct 23, 20231.0Wish I could give a negative star. Steer clear away from the place. Staff argues with one another in front of residents. Staff always on phone. Med techs think they are actually nurses. They have a new health services director every 1-6 months. Resident supposedly feel from bed received multiple lacerations bruises and a black eye. She died a few days later. Facility never reported incident to proper authorities and with held information from family regarding incident.
