EDGE Program

EDGE is an Africentric employability program that works with youth ages 18-26. EDGE’s goal is to support youth with securing and maintaining employment. We help with resume and cover letter creation, job shadowing, mock interviews, certifications and more. We also offer support with various life skills such as budgeting, goal setting, communication, self-compassion and mindfulness. “EDGE helps you get a job but not just that it also helps with being more confident in yourself.
