Foothills Fellowship exists to be a worshiping community of God's people whose lives are shaped by the life, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. We participate in the mission of God's kingdom by proclaiming the good news. We believe in the 9-core values: Jesus Christ, the head, Biblical leadership, everyone a minister, ancient & future worship, hospitality without exception, unity in the community, intentional families, global mission, and holistic discipleship. Call us today.
It's very interesting to see how many do not give this church a 5 star review. I do hope their heart changes or they're in big trouble with God. I came for a few months walking quite some miles to attend and back home. When I actually needed help which I work hard never to have to do from folks unless really in need it was offered then rescindeded with people not appreciating thst I had been attending treating me more like a stranger and they got annoyed that I was timely with information. I told them if they weren't going to help/give in the right heart I didn't want it and that God would help me and the person who responded to that assumed and accused me of being angry. Covid hit and God did provide a way to pay off the things I needed to pay off because I had made a ministry investment writing a book leap getting off the ground with the stimulus check. I even tried talking on behalf of the widow whose home I was staying who was a long term member at to ask if they could help take care of a pest issue or help her with a washer, but nothing came of it. I wasn't comfortable with the hearing the pastor talk about someone whom I was aware at least of one person in leadership they were alluding to as target while speaking to the congregation. I know we are all flawed human beings but that shouldn't be an excuse not to do better and try harder. I stopped going and would not recommend this church even though I did meet some very kind congregants there and the music pastor and his family his wife and all I got a great vibe from.
