  This is such an amazing place, with amazing people. We have been so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, organization of the center, care from the staff, and the leadership of Miss Abril. Our son is almost 3, and has been at the center for approximately 1 year and we couldn't be more satisfied. Communication is one area we most appreciate - the rules are clear and are all in place to put the health of the children first. We receive clear communication throughout the day, and the app is updated frequently with pictures and notes, and we know that if ANYTHING happens to our son (even a scratch) they will call immediately. There are monthly calendars to keep us informed and weekly updates letting us know about programs and even what to expect with staff vacations. They are also open to any and all feedback on how they can help make our experience wonderful. There is also an impressive variety of activities and learnings at the facility. We see it all through the pictures - morning meetings discussing days of the week (the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen), constant educational activities, outdoor exploration, dancing, singing, and counting. More important than seeing it all in pictures, we experience it at home - our little boy has excelled in numbers, speaking and his motor skills, just to name a few - it has been a pleasure to watch and this can only happen with trained and caring teachers. And finally, the staff. We really can’t say enough positive things about each and every one of them. They have welcomed Noah with open arms, taught him lessons, and continued to ensure he is a kind and loving child. THANK YOU BRIGHT HORIZONS LINCOLN HARBOR, MISS ABRIL, AND THE ENTIRE STAFF!!!

  Our son has been going to this daycare since he turned 13 months old and we absolutely love them! Toddler class has been very educational and I could tell our son has been thriving and learning a lot of new things because of them. We also love his class mates very much and we often co-host play dates with them! Highly recommend this daycare.

  Such a wonderful daycare! The teachers are so caring and great at keeping us updated every day. It’s rare for an hour to go by without receiving an update or pic. Our daughter loves her teachers so much, and you can tell they genuinely love their students. Every day they have tons of activities planned that parents can see on their calendar. Our daughter has learned so much in just a few months, and she is genuinely happy to go to school every morning! The only negative comments I have heard from one other parent was due to their policy of sending kids who are visibly sick home to protect the other kids. Not a bad policy in my opinion! Super disappointing some parents on here will spread lies about the center when that’s what they’re actually mad about.

  Unfortunately I have to warn parents against attending this location. High staff turnover and zero ability to communicate about what your child is doing during the day are two of the worst offenses. At other locations I received custom updates about how my son was doing and the staff always talked to me during pick up so I knew all about his day. There are no notes about your child and they refuse to talk to you. This location is extremely depressing - there are far too many daycares in the area to send your child to one where he's just a number.
