  My mother has been at the Rose Garden for 3 months now as a LTC resident. My mother who has dementia seems to remember the names of most of who care for her. Whenever I visit she’s always clean, dressed well and my mom interacts well with the staff. ALL of the activity staff treat my mother like family. The nurses and nurses aides are on top of everything there. My mother especially loves Elizabeth and this is the first time in years I can sleep through the night knowing she’s being taken care of. My mother has been in multiple rehabs over the years for various reasons and there is not a facility that comes close to the Rose Garden. They have so many different activities and events - they are well thought out and planned events. The owner is very very involved with the residents and provides entertainment as well. It really is like a 5 star hotel. Very pleased with the Rose Garden and grateful that my mom is being cared for there. ❤️

  If I could give ZERO STARS I would! This place came highly recommended, but neither Megan or Kelly has returned any of our calls to date regardless if they have a bed available or not. We were looking to have mom start a slower sub-acute rehab after her stroke and recent neglect at another facility, but crickets! Healthcare in this country is beyond doomed unless you live in Minnesota!

  My Mom, who is 91, has been here for 2 weeks so far, after breaking her hip. The nurses, aides, and physical therapists have been top notch! So impressed at everyone’s kindness and knowledge. The place is so clean and I’m so happy and relieved that she is in this facility getting the care and respect that is needed. I would definitely recommend Rose Garden rehabilitation without any hesitation.

  I was recently in a car accident, I was frightened and in extreme pain. I had to spend two weeks in the hospital then was told that I needed to go to a sub acute rehab, My nieces wanted to find the best facility, and they really did, Rosegarden from the minute I walked in and was greeted by the receptionists it was a comforting experience, I was still extremely frightened and did not know what to expect. It turned out to be an amazing experience, every single employee I came in contact with from nursing, dietary, housekeeping, nursing, rehab my social worker Meagan McDowell and the Director of Admissions Kelly Zeitler who handled all of my insurance issues so I was not burdened, and just had to worry about healing so I could return home. Everyone treated me like I was special, like a long lost friend. I will never forget any of these people and what they did for me, I am truly grateful to have had such a positive experience.

  My grandmother is a long term resident at Rose Garden. Her and our family couldn't be happier with the care she is receiving here! After being poorly cared for and neglected in another facility this place has truly changed my outlook on nursing homes. She is so happy here and so loved by the staff members which is everything you can hope for when having to make the hard choice of placing someone in a nursing home. I would (and always do) recommend this facility to anyone looking for permanent care for a loved one!!
