The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly cares about the kids. Nic and Sarah in administration are wonderful and always so accommodating. This was our third daycare experience, and it’s by far the best — I finally felt at ease dropping my child off each day. We only had a short time here due to a move, but I would return in a heartbeat. So grateful for the peace of mind they gave us! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I currently have two kids attending the center, and we’ve had such a positive experience. Ms. Sheyla has been absolutely incredible in working with us to stay aligned on our child’s academic plan. She goes above and beyond by introducing tools like token boards. We’ve noticed such a positive difference, not only at school but also at home, in both behavior and confidence when reciting letters and numbers. The time, patience, and extra effort Ms. Sheyla puts in are making a real impact. While none of this is required, she chooses to go that extra mile, and it truly means the world to us. The administrative staff is also wonderful, always helpful, responsive, and welcoming. Having a team like this supporting our family has been such a gift.

When the time came to for me to go back to work in September, of course as a mother and a teacher myself, I was afraid of the unknown; however, thinking back to November, when I first toured Bright Horizons, I felt a sense of comfort knowing such a high standard was already put in place. The center and its staff are serious about the safety protocols to ensure the building remains a safe environment. I can’t say enough great things about the level of communication, academic and social curriculum that is put in place, even for infants. It is clear that the teachers in the infant room, deeply care about my son and his well being. While my son is in their care, throughout the day I receive updates on his social, academic, and health. This is very reassuring as mom. We also have access to live stream cameras, which in today’s day in age, help give me a piece of certainty. I highly recommend Bright Horizons to anyone in the area looking for a safe, trustworthy center.
