Parker is a nonprofit, NJ-based aging services organization with over 110 years' of experience, that is committed to changing perceptions of aging, empowering older Americans, and making aging part of life. Opened in late 2014, Parker at Monroe provides round-the clock, person-directed nursing care services, including memory care for individuals with all stages of dementias, who may also have complex physical needs. The campus consists of six “Small Homes” connected to a Community Center. Sixteen residents with similar needs reside in each Small Home. The buildings and programs are designed to promote independence, dignity, and a sense of community among our residents.

- MRMarion ReinsonJun 22, 20235.0We visited a few different places before making the decision to move my mother to Parker at Monroe. It was the right thing to do. Since moving mom I have been able to sleep at night knowing that she is being so well taken care of. I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone on the staff - from the nurses, to the amazing recreation people, to the chef and other caregivers. Caring is what they are and it shows.
