- JHJohn HApr 9, 20262.0The teachers are wonderful — caring, responsible, and clearly dedicated to the children. The two stars are a reflection of their hard work, which we truly appreciate. Unfortunately, the management is a different story. There seems to be a disconnect between leadership and the families they serve, with little regard for customer concerns or communication. The Associate Director, Ireina, in particular, has been a consistent source of frustration — her approach and professionalism fall well short of what you'd expect in a childcare setting.
