  Our experience with Plaza 3 has been wonderful. One of the standout aspects for us is the caring and attentive teachers. My son has formed strong bonds with them, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they provide. We feel confident leaving him in their capable hands every day. Overall, we're very pleased with the quality of care and attention he receives at Plaza 3!

  Bright Horizons took care of our baby Jacob for over a year. We thought they were fantastic! Primary teacher (Ms. Dineen) was somebody that he looked forward to seeing every day. Sandra and Yasenia are top notch professionals managing this place and it gives you a great sense of security. Highly recommend!

  Updated review as of 1/2023: My 3 year old son currently goes to the Bright Horizons Plaza 3 Waterfront location. This is his first time being in a school setting so we were initially worried about his transition. I’m happy to share that the adjustment has been smooth and he loves going to school! His teacher Ms. Mason is attentive, actively communicates with us, and is very loving. Ms. Sandra and Ms. Yseniya run the center and they do a fantastic job in keeping us informed about what goes on daily. They are responsible and easily reachable. The center itself is clean and the preschool program is packed with activities to help aid children’s learning. The other week, my son took part in making a bird feeder and this week, his class made smoothies using fresh fruit. Bright Horizons has also been immensely helpful in helping with potty training. I am updated on his daily progress through their app via photos and messages. The updates are frequent and inform me about potty times, meal times, what my child had/ hadn’t eaten, nap time and daily activity. We recently increased the number of days our son attends because the school does such a good job. We can’t speak highly enough about Bright Horizons Plaza 3 Waterfront. ……………….. Initial review three years ago: My daughter is currently enrolled in the Toddler 1 classroom. She’s been with Bright Horizons Plaza 3 for the last month and she absolutely loves it. She has grown tremendously and looks forward to going every morning. The other week she baked cookies and yesterday, she planted some seeds in a cup. The facilities are clean and the teachers are attentive to her needs. My daughter currently has two teachers—Ms. Gail and Ms. Diana. She recently began potty training and initially I was a little worried about how she would do at daycare. Both teachers have been very supportive in training her and she rarely comes home with accidents despite having just transitioned out of her diapers. One thing I really like about Bright Horizons is their app which gets updated frequently with pictures and activities throughout the day. For example, I am informed in real time with what my daughter has eaten, what time she’s gone to the potty, and her naptimes. I highly recommend Bright Horizons Plaza 3 !

  Amazing Staff ! This location and its staff does and amazing job of patiently dealing with each child and their specific needs, while ensuring that they are following the curriculum for enrichment and structure during the day.
