  We contacted this company to help rehabilitate my 83-year-old father who was recovering from Covid-19. They sent us Mike who was a dream to work with, he was full of energy and enthusiasm and brings a super positive vibe with him on every visit! He is thoughtful and has tailored the recovery activities specifically to my father's preferences. Can't say enough good things about him.

  Horrible experience. After assuring me that they would be providing us with a live in aide with a high level of experience to care for my elderly dad with multiple health issues, we ended up with someone who clearly had no experience at all and who also had a very limited understanding of the English language making it extremely difficult to communicate with. My father was subsequently rushed to the hospital the very next day which was due largely in part to the negligence of this company in providing us with an inexperienced aide. Executive Care then had the audacity to charge my credit card for $600 for less than a full day of care. I would not recommend this company for care for your loved ones. EDITED TO ADD that we used the Freehold location and the contact person was Cheryl.
