During one of the most difficult times in our lives, Jonathan and Courtney provided truly exceptional care and compassion for our family.
Courtney went above and beyond in every possible way. She took calls in the middle of the night, patiently guided us through every option, and helped us navigate all of the paperwork with clarity and kindness. Her support made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and we are so grateful for her dedication.
Jonathan hosted the viewing and services, and everything was handled with such professionalism and warmth. We wanted a small, intimate, and personal service—and that’s exactly what they delivered. It was beautiful, meaningful, and perfectly honored my mom.
My mother was older and frail, but the care they took with her was incredible. From her hair to her makeup, she looked absolutely beautiful for her send-off. That meant everything to us.
I cannot thank Jonathan and Courtney enough for the love, respect, and attention they gave our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of funeral services. They truly made a lasting impact during a time when it mattered most.

From the moment my family walked through the doors, we were met with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. The owners and staff at this funeral home went above and beyond to guide us through one of the most difficult times of our lives.
What stood out most was their ability to make us feel truly supported. They listened to all of our wishes, offered guidance and suggestions, and created a service that beautifully honored my mother.
I am incredibly grateful for the compassion we received, I highly recommend this establishment!!

When my father passed, we were unmoored—adrift in grief, reaching for something steady, something kind. What we found at Marotti-Burns wasn’t just a place of solace. It was a sanctuary. A harbor of grace in the storm. From the moment we stepped through their doors, Jonathan and Courtney didn’t just welcome us; they embraced us. Not as clients, but as a family. Not with platitudes, but with presence. In our darkest hour, they became our light bearers.
There’s a sacredness to the way they serve. It’s not just professionalism—it’s priestly. With every gesture, they honored my father’s soul and our family’s heartbreak. They moved with a devotional calm and graceful fortitude—like sacred stewards of sorrow, steady in spirit and tender in touch. Their compassion wasn’t performative; it was prayerful.
They didn’t just arrange a funeral. They orchestrated a farewell that felt like a hymn—each detail a note of reverence. They coordinated with a medical examiner who received the silence not as absence, but as offering; a Hindu priest who carried centuries of ritual in his voice; a florist who understood the language of marigolds, lotuses and jasmine; a videographer who let the silence speak, and the love be seen; and a cremation bearer who kindled the last light with reverence.
The website they created was more than a memorial—it was a digital mandala, a sacred space where friends and family could gather, share memories, and celebrate the life of a man we loved deeply. It felt like diving into the soul of my father, each photo and tribute a ripple in the still waters of remembrance.
And the way they spoke of preparing father’s body—so gentle, so respectful—it felt like a final anointing. They made the process feel accessible, dignified, and deeply human. We weren’t navigating a transaction; we were participating in a ritual of love.
The funeral home itself is a balm. Bathed in soft light, with warm wood tones and thoughtful design, it feels less like a facility and more like a temple of tenderness. The space breathes. It uplifts. It holds you. It is beautiful, inviting, and spiritually elevating—a place where sorrow is met with serenity, and where the veil between this world and the next feels just a little thinner.
Jonathan and Courtney are companions through the threshold. They don’t just respond—they resonate. With hearts wide open and presence that listens, they remember your name, your customs, your sorrow. And in the quiet between moments, they shoulder what is too heavy to bear alone—not for you, but with you.
They treated our family like their own. They didn’t just accommodate our needs—they anticipated them. They didn’t just listen—they heard. They didn’t just guide—they walked with us, step by sacred step, like dharma in human form.
In a world that skims the surface of sorrow, Marotti-Burns meets you in the deep. They anchor the ache. They steady the storm. They ferry your heart across.
To anyone facing the unimaginable: know that there’s a place where your sorrow will be seen, your traditions honored, and your loved one celebrated with the fullness of grace. That place is Marotti-Burns. And in Jonathan and Courtney, you will find not just guides, but souls in service who walk the hush between heartbreak and healing—like dharma in motion, steadying each breath, each step.
We are forever grateful. And we are forever changed.
