Maple Glen Center is conveniently nestled between New York City and Upstate New York in the picturesque town of Fair Lawn, New Jersey. We proudly provide services such as Cardiac Management Rehabilitation, Short Stay Rehabilitation, Wound Care Management and Respite Care just to name a few on our Transitional Care Unit. We also offer Long Term Care services on our three other units specializing in Long term Care. Our Clinical Team is composed of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, 24-hour Nursing Care, Nurse Practitioner, and an In-House Doctor to boost. We also have a dynamic Recreational Therapy department to help ease your stay.
