  Good care, caring staff. The GM has been wonderful to work with. If it wasn’t for her help, and unwavering commitment I would still be trying to straighten out a messy situation that was dumped into my lap. My father has been well cared for and the GM went above and beyond to help me untangle so many problems.

  For five years, before we retired, my husband and I would conduct a church service for the residents of Pine Rock Manor once a month. Upon entering, we were always greeted warmly by the staff. The facility was clean and disinfected, and the food smelled delicious. The residents were groomed and nicely dressed. The staff gave special care and attention to each resident, treating all with respect and loving each special person like family. The staff would go through the facility telling everyone that it was time for church and would gather them into the common room. The residents especially loved the worship songs, and we always had a full house at the service. And when the church service was over, the activities personnel, being organized and creative, provided fun and appropriate activities for the residents. During the time when we were providing our services there, one of our precious parishioners was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and was admitted to Pine Rock. The staff graciously and expertly helped her to transition to her new home. She loved to walk outside and every day, the staff took her on a walk on the grounds. It was this caring attention to detail that endeared us to Pine Rock. I would highly recommend Pine Rock Manor.

  The staff at Pine Rock are so warm and welcoming! Their programming is fun and the residents always seem engaged!

  I’ve visited Pine Rock Manor for a handful of networking events. The staff have always been very welcoming and the food THE FOOD!! Delicious! Sarah in programming always has a smile on her face, is always upbeat and has great energy. If you are interested in a tour - reach out to Alyssa. She’s the best.

  My Aunt was here until she passed and I couldn't have been happier with everything and everyone. The staff was so welcoming every week when I came to visit and, so kind. When she passed they cried with us.
