  Transitioning from assisted living to memory care is a big leap, especially moving my Dad from out of state to New Hampshire. Having spent less than 30 days at another facility, I made the difficult decision to move my dad to a place that would hopefully meet the expectations and his needs. I chose the Pines for the staff ratio, levels of care available, The socialization and interaction that is not just planned but seems to happen organically moment to moment. The resident care is Individualized, considerate, and respectful…. It feels like a community and the atmosphere feels like home!

  We have only just moved my mother to the Pines. Everyone seems smiling and kind. Onboarding was efficient and we look forward to the comforts of home that the staff provides.

  My dad moved into The Pines about six months ago. We have been very happy with his care, and he has been, too. The staff are friendly and courteous and they treat him with respect. We are grateful that he is there.

  We moved both my parents in Feb 2025 and are very happy with their care here. Although Dad passed, Mom picked up quickly with making friends and enjoying all the activities they offer! She’s healthy and happy. We are grateful! We also love their family holiday events. Thank you Pines!
