- PBPenny BurgessFeb 12, 20231.0My mother in law is a resident there understandably we are aware of staff shortages however her room was filthy we pulled her bed out from against the wall to pick up one of her stuffed animals and there was so much trash and dust under her bed and the heating register it was terrible.I asked if they were going to get her up for lunch and the nurse replied I don’t know yet I only have 2 aides. Very Sad Situation .
- FSFranca SantoroSep 13, 20221.0My mom was in here for a fracture. The PT was good. But the rest of the facility nursing and aids weren’t. She cried because she didn’t understand English well and they yelled at her and she was bruised when we went to get her.Every time I got close to her she would put her arms up to block me. My mom was the sweetest kindness person. They would call me around the clock and I would hear her scream. They were medicating her to shut her up. There is no compassion with the elderly. I would not recommend them to anyone.
