I called to inquire and Sherrall collected general information and asked me to send her an insurance card via email and she would call back to make the apt. We discussed an appointment time and she mentioned it would be either next week or the week after. A few days passed, and I didn’t hear anything, so I gave a follow up call. She said she’s been busy and we were on her list for a call back that day or the next day but she said we were all set and she had all our information. The next day came, and I didn’t hear back all day, so I decided to call since it was an hour before they close. Sherrall answered and she now mentioned that I have to resend information and create a portal and now they are waitlisted with over 300 people and don’t have any appointments but then went on to say she was holding my appointment time we discussed prior that week, but I needed to create a portal account and then promptly went back to saying they can’t hold appointment times and that she’ll call next week to schedule the appointment after the portal is done. So even after all the mixed information and multiple different answers she provided, I decided to do the portal account and it rejects the birthdate I entered and canceled my account(even after confirming the DOB over the phone several times). Lol I emailed them about it and still haven’t heard anything days later. This place is a joke. Save your breath and don’t bother wasting your time and look somewhere else. I can’t imagine how this place operates when you can’t even get an appointment.
