Orchard Inn’s innovative, small-home assisted living and memory support model is unique in southern New Hampshire with four state-of-the-art, specialized households that accommodate just ten residents each. The intimate size of our households encourages residents’ independence while also fostering friendships and interaction. Dedicated nursing staff know each resident personally — their history and routines, their personality and interests, how they like to spend their days, and the specific types of care and assistance they need and want. Because of this personalized approach, each resident receives just the right assistance to help them regain a sense of autonomy and purpose they may have lost while trying to manage on their own.
