It's been 3-1/2 months with a couple of email responses: "I'll get a prototype and price to you by tomorrow." And my favorite, "Oh, I completely spaced this off." Promising to get back to us. Nothing. I'm assuming the size of the monument was too modest to bother with. As we have the luxury of time, I'll go elsewhere.
