  Pros. It's a 5 star facility that actually cars about the future generation. Cons: there is a long wait list. But honestly. A long wait list is not a reason to give a bad review. Lol when you apply for a job or a house it's not a guarantee you will get it. You could go to several interviews and waste gas. That's life. You could apply for a house. $75 application. And you may not get the approval. If they have 200 applicants. Then they have made $15,000. That's life. Lol so if you look. You'll see bad reviews are wait listers. That's it. All parents left stellar reviews

  I feel as though the administration at this daycare is not being truthful with parents. While touring the facility, you are assured that space will be available in the time frame in which you need childcare, despite there being wait list because, as the employee stated, "by the time most people on the wait list are contacted, they have already found childcare." So you pay them $75 to be added to the list. If you ask them how many people are in front of you, they will put off answering your question or promise to call you back and let you know and then you won't hear from them again. And forget calling and leaving multiple messages because your call will not be returned. If you are lucky enough to eventually get in touch with someone when you call back again, they are very rude. When you press them for an answer about where you are on the wait list, you finally find out that there are DOZENS of people ahead of you! Are they telling parents that there will be a space available when they need it just to get people to pay the $75 fee? Who knows, but sure seems that way.

  Bright Horizons at Wake Forest Baptist Health is a great childcare center. The teachers and the Administrators are awesome!!
