  Wisdom provided compassionate, dependable care for our mom who was placed on hospice for 2 1/2 weeks before she passed peacefully at home. We were able to rest assured knowing mom would be clean and safe during her transition while dad could have a much needed break. We had the same caregiver which helped with consistency and, on the occasion that she could not come, they always had someone in her place. After mom passed, we received a heartfelt visit from the owners who truly cared about our family in our time of need. Thank you Wisdom!

  I cannot speak highly enough about Wisdom Senior Care and the exceptional services they provide for my Mom, who has dementia. From day one, their incredible customer service has made a world of difference for our family. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to my Mom’s well-being. Every interaction is handled with patience and respect, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable and cared for.   My mom and our family were extremely pleased with the services of Wisdom Senior Care whose staff took care of my dad with advanced dementia. After he fell and fractured his pelvis (NOT while he was under their care) and was hospitalized, they responded to our needs immediately with full time around the clock care when dad was deemed to be unsuitable for rehab and unexpectedly released by the hospital to us. They cared for him through his in-home hospice care and his eventual passing away at home, which is what he would have wanted. One of the owners, Clarence, and his wife Denise, even gladly pitched in to help when they were shorthanded, which was impressive. The owners of this company take customer service very seriously and dropped in several times to ensure that everything was going well and that we didn’t have any complaints or issues that needed to be addressed. We even thought their rates were reasonable for the level of services they provided. I cannot begin to express how thankful we are for their assistance during this very difficult time in our lives. Two of their CNAs, Chi Chi and Angela, were especially exceptional, as they both are very well trained, and very warm, dedicated and caring people, and we felt so lucky to have been matched up with them as often as we were. They were so kind and supportive to my mom, and coincidentally just happened to both be there when my dad passed away (during a shift change) and they made a huge, positive impact on us and made this experience bearable. We thank you and your staff so much for all that you did for our family and for my dad. Your kindness and warmth were so appreciated. Please know that we will definitely recommend your company to anyone who is looking for home health care.
