My nephew and I begged her to just give it a chance. From Day 1, she has loved each person that has come and talks about her new best friends. Thank you for making this adjustment sooo much easier for her and for us.
- JFJeff FoxJun 21, 20211.0Steer clear. They are misleading and will not follow through with their care plan. I had specific instructions for no males to be staying with my grandmother. Well, on the 4th day they couldn't schedule a female so they were going to send a male. Also, expect to pay in advance for your loved ones care. They don't tell you but I was told by the Statesville Office that's its in the fine print. I terminated their services on the fourth day and am happy to say I have found a reputable agency to stay with my grandmother. And the guy that shows up for the initial "interview" portrays himself as the CEO and founder. He's just a franchise owner. Seriously, save yourself some stress and anger..... stay away. Only reason I gave them a star is the one lady, Anna, was nice. Not her fault.
