He provided me with information to questions I didn't even know to ask, and was very kind, compassionate and professional. I picked Simply Cremations of Charlotte based on this, as the other places I contacted didn't seem to have that compassionate feeling I was looking for. When the time came, Phil was again, kind, compassionate and patience with me, and walked me through the process at my own pace. He answered all my questions, and I felt like I was dealing with a friend. I am so glad that I picked Simply Cremations of Charlotte for my husband's final journey. Highly, highly recommend.
