- RLRobin LayneOct 6, 20251.0My family used Lowe-Neddo(Michael)at the advice of my family’s church. What a mistake this was! They have created the most unnecessary stress during a very difficult time. They have dragged their feet from the very beginning to complete the simplest tasks. Only unprofessionalism is what my family has experienced from them! We have to call them continuously and follow up on things that WE PAID THEM them to do. My mother in law was cremated in April and we STILL do not have the plaque to go on her ashes!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!

- UUUDTmattJan 21, 20225.0I can’t reiterate this enough how wonderful this funeral home is. From the time before you walk in everything to every detail is wonderfully handled by them. My mother passed away on 1/17 and the burden and dread of the whole thing has been almost lifted by this wonderful place. Michael especially has guided me through every step and helped tremendously through everything! You come in and feel as though they are taking care of one of their own family members and leave no detail out. They do anything and everything they can do to help through this process. I never leave reviews but I’ve been absolutely blown away by the support. I hope to not need them again for a very long time but I couldn’t imagine any other place meeting my needs as they have!
